1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We also store your plan and subscription status, the reference videos, images and prompts you submit, and the outputs created in your workspace so you can return to them later.
2. Payments
Card details never reach our servers. Checkout, renewals, invoices and payment-method updates are handled by Stripe, which receives the email address and plan you select. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand page views, device type and button interactions. Reports are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally.
4. Cookies
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics cookies help us measure site performance and are never required to read the public pages. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, although blocking the session cookie will prevent sign-in.
5. Your references and creations
Reference files, prompts and generated outputs are tied to your account and used to provide the service you request. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. You can remove saved items from your workspace, and account deletion removes the associated workspace data from our active systems.
6. Retention and security
We retain account and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Files are transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to systems and staff that need it to run the service.
7. Your choices
You can update your profile, manage billing and delete your account from the settings pages. You may also email us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.
